Brody Welte is a real estate pro who brings a love for beach life and adventure to Timber and Tide. With a mix of outdoor vibes, business know-how, and killer customer service, he's the go-to guy for making waves at Timber and Tide! He began his real estate career in 2001 with luxury developer DMB Inc., working in Hawaii and California. For the past 15 years, Brody has pursued entrepreneurship, building a global brand in the outdoor adventure market. He transitioned back into real estate in 2020 and has had over $ 15 million in sales. Timber and Tide combines his extensive experience and passion into one venture.

Jessie Welte is a super-organized leader who turned Timber and Tide into a branding powerhouse. With a knack for customer service and social media wizardry, she brings creativity and quality to the table—making sure everything runs smoother than a beach day! She entered the real estate industry in 2005, focusing on property and community management in California and Hawaii. In 2015, Jessie transitioned into entrepreneurship in the sales and wellness sector, building a global powerhouse. Timber and Tide brings together her diverse experiences into one venture.

Meet Saylor, the four-legged adventure guide at Timber and Tide! With a nose for fun and a tail that never stops wagging, Saylor leads the pack on epic beach quests, from chasing seagulls to sniffing out the best snack spots. When she’s not busy barking directions or demonstrating the art of sand rolling, you can find her napping in the sun—because every great adventure requires a well-deserved snooze!
