Brody Welte is a highly skilled coach, instructor, and real estate professional with extensive expertise in education and a proven track record of leadership. An award-winning expert in fitness, wellness, and performance coaching, Brody's accolades include the prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce. His leadership acumen was further solidified when he led Team USA to first and only victory, securing the gold medal at the 2015 ISA World Championship, establishing his reputation as a world-championship coach.

Since May 2020, Brody has excelled as a Real Estate Professional with Timber and Tide™ in Surf City, NC, providing expert guidance and consultation to clients in real estate investments. He has skillfully negotiated contracts, analyzed local market conditions to identify profitable opportunities, and produced over $15 million in sales since 2020. His professional skills encompass educational leadership, group and individual coaching, strategic planning, process development, operations oversight, and cultural development.

A dedicated entrepreneur, Brody is the Founder of PaddleFit© (since October 2008) in San Diego, CA and Tampa, FL, where he developed a top stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) educational and event company. Considered an elite coach and a top teacher trainer, he has impressively developed and trained over 3,500 SUP coaches across 40 countries. Brody's influence in stand-up paddleboarding reaches the sport's highest echelons. Internationally recognized for his coaching expertise, Brody guided Team USA to a gold medal at the 2015 ISA World Championship, showcasing his success in developing athletes for elite global competition.

Brody's commitment to community and youth development is also evident from his tenure as President of the Board of Directors for the Wilmington Jr Seahawks Youth Hockey Association (May 2020 to June 2023). During this time, he provided leadership through a complete re-brand, led the organization through a significant growth period of approximately 40%, and oversaw all aspects of operations, producing multiple AAA and prep school players from a small coastal market. He also coached various youth hockey teams.

His earlier career includes impactful roles such as an Island Host with Kukui'ula Development Company, LLC in Koloa, HI, where he was part of a dynamic team spearheading sales and marketing for a luxury master-planned community and implemented an award-winning employee wellness program. Prior to that, as Recreation Director at The Santaluz Club in San Diego, CA, he assisted in developing comprehensive member services for a start-up country club and managed a large recreation facility and diverse team.

Brody holds a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology from Michigan State University.
