Jessica Welte: Dynamic Leader in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, and Community Engagement

Meet Jessica Welte! If you're looking for someone who's not only incredibly organized and creative but also a genuinely motivating leader, you've found her. With over 14 years of experience juggling multiple businesses, Jessica is now excited to bring her passion and skills to the real estate world as a Broker for Timber and Tide™. She's a self-starter with a real knack for customer service and a history of building successful ventures from the ground up. For nearly ten years, she grew a thriving online social selling business right from her home, reaching top ranks in a global company and loving every minute of mentoring and coaching fellow entrepreneurs along the way.

Jessica's journey with Rodan & Fields, LLC, starting in 2014, is a fantastic example of her drive. As a Global RFX Circle Leader & Drive Program Car Achiever, she built and guided an amazing international sales team of over 2,000 people across the U.S., Canada, and Australia. Under her leadership, this team launched numerous home-based businesses and celebrated over $6 million in sales in a single year! Jessica shines when it comes to sharing smart business strategies, using social media for growth, and helping her team build strong connections and achieve their goals. She's also a pro at planning engaging events (over 100 a year, both online and in-person!) and creating top-notch training for new team members. Reaching the RFX Circle – a level only the top .02% of consultants achieve – in just two years speaks volumes about her leadership and business savvy.

Before her current ventures, Jessica was the Chief Financial Officer for PaddleFit© (2009-2016). There, she handled everything from company finances and payroll to event budgeting and taxes. She was also the go-to for administrative tasks, creating eye-catching marketing materials, managing the website and newsletters, and running a retail shop. Plus, she successfully planned and executed over 50 large-scale community events and demo days.

Jessica also dedicated her time to education, serving as a Substitute Teacher for Pender County Schools at Surf City and North Topsail Elementary Schools from 2022 to 2024. She enjoyed working with students from Pre-K through 5th grade, including those in EC classrooms. Her earlier career also includes valuable experience as a Division Manager for The Parrish Collection in Kauai, Hawaii, managing vacation rentals, and as an Events & Programs Coordinator for The Santaluz Community Association in San Diego, where she designed community publications and planned many large-scale events.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality and Tourism Management, with a focus on Special Events and Meeting Planning and Food and Beverage, from James Madison University. She's comfortable with a wide array of tech tools, including Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Quickbooks, and various social media and educational platforms.
