There is always something to do in Carolina Beach. The famous Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a hub of activity, featuring amusement park rides, arcades, and the original Britt’s Donuts. The town hosts weekly fireworks and concert series all summer long. Outdoor enthusiasts flock to Carolina Beach State Park for its unique hiking trails and to Freeman Park on the north end, one of the few places where you can drive your 4x4 directly onto the beach for a day of fishing and fun.
